Payments
All currency in USD$. I accept Wise transfer or credit card (+ 5%). Strictly no refunds after payment.
Shipping
For commission builds: parts order, delivery, build time, and testing are approximately 2-3 weeks (if there is no hiccup from the parts supplier).
Here are the lead times and shipping costs for local post:

If you can’t find your country listed above, please contact us to check the shipping fee. I can also ship with FedEx for a premium if you like.
For packing of the watch, I’ll pack it with extra protection, so be assured you’ll receive your watch in good working condition.
Terms
While the majority of my customers are great and understanding, I’m writing these terms because there’s a small minority who don’t understand working with builders or transacting reps.
- Respect is mutual. Don’t treat me like you own me after paying that few hundred bucks. Do you know that more than half of what you pay goes to the cost of parts, not my pocket?
- I do accept reasonable requests for aging. But I may not be able to match 100% to what you expect. No builder does. Every build is different.
- After browsing my site, you should know my aging style and should accept the outcome. As far as I know, 100% of my customers are satisfied.
- By dealing, you understand and accept the customs and delivery risks. Once goods leave my hand, I’ve no control or liability for any loss or seizure of goods.
- I’m not a TD. There’s no insurance, and no other builders provide that. However, I have 100% delivery rate worldwide, but I can’t guarantee it.
- I’m a builder, there is no “QC” like modern reps from TD. I’ll do my own QC for the parts received from the supplier and update you if there are any defects. Once your watch has been built, it’s completed.
